Since the foundation of Foodpol, the exclusive and innovative event-catering company was represented on events like the ECHO awards or the Berlin Fashion Week. With perfectly custom-made concepts, Foodpol wins over on the highest level.


In 2013, Kay Schlichting’s and Kai Neumann’s team took over the Wirtshaus zum Oberstübchen. Daily, they serve creative, delicious lunch in their restaurant.

At the beginning of 2017, Broich Catering & Locations and Foodpol transformed into Foodpol Concept Catering after intense discussions. Kay Schlichting – CEO of Foodpol – and Georg Broich – owner of Broich – have thanks to their close friendship always been in vivid exchange of ideas and worked out a commercial partnership.


Broich takes a stake in Foodpol Concept Catering, who is now exclusive contact person in the modern premium sector for Hamburg and Berlin inside this cooperation.

Foodpol Concept Catering has successfully been adopted into the Broich family and together, they look into a prosperous future.
