Food and Agriculture Minister Ilse Aigner met star chef Tim Mälzer at the Malzfabrik
on January 18th to talk about nutrition and do a photo shoot together.
At the cozy Bergstübli they discussed the mass livestock farming industry, a new system
for marking regional products and the current study on the recycling habits of the German population, before they switched to photography in the Maschinenhaus.
Here they posed on the tiled floor with a bulging fridge and fresh milk bottle in front of photographer Wolfgang Wilder. The result looks delicious and could be seen and read in the sunday paper shortly thereafter.
